We prepare this flavored coffee in the Mexican tradition. When brewed, it releases all the beautiful ingredients of the Mexican recipe such as an earthy mixture of Viennese-roast coffee from the Mexican Chapas region, cinnamon, anise seeds and poloncillo (mexican dark brown sugar)
